May 6, 2009 Since no one has stepped forward to take over moderator duties for my boards, I'm closing all of them to posting except Classic Trek. So if you want to see them opened back up, send an e-mail to Phil offering to take over. You don't have to take them all on, just what you're interested in.

April 27, 2009 In case you haven't heard, I'm resigning as a moderator here at NitCentral. The search is on for replacement mods for the topics I cover. They are: Sci-Fi Novels The Twilight Zone PC Games Action Figure Non-Scifi Novels

July 15, 2002 Hi, I'm the new Sci-Fi Novels Moderator, Butch Brookshier. You may already know me as the Twilight Zone/NextGen/Roving Moderator.
Note from the Chief: I've often said that I believe the written word is far superior to images when it comes to storytelling. I'll take a well-written novel over the best movie ever made any day of the week! And there are a lot of well-written novels out. It would be impossible for a single topic to cover all of them but Edward Jefferson has agreed to moderate a topic on a few.
Note from Edward Jefferson: Thanks Chief. I'll try and get as many books up as I can, but if there is a book I haven't put in that you would like to see here, you can simply use the 'Other Novels' board to request it ('Or Short Stories').
If you want to see a new author and his entire series, then e-mail me. I am more likely to do it if you send a friendly request than a list of 100+ books (I have had one like this!)
