a.k.a. When 2003 comes along we can look back and see what failures we all are.
Hey, speak for yourself. Me, I'm shooting for mediocrity.
I'm shooting for stability. My life is such a mess right now.
Wooo-HOOO! My softball team made the playoffs!!!!
My hope and goal for 2002 is now for us to win the league championship!
Go team! Good for you!
I met someone I would like to have a continuing relationship with. (She's a Trek fan. Happy Happy Joy Joy.) We are both aware that due to the fact that my life is an even bigger mess than it was in my last post here of 4/2/02, that it would make a relationship extremely difficult. Still, though, I am optimistic.
Softball Update:
We lost in the semi-finals to the eventual champions. A good game, though.
TrekGrrl's team, alas, completed a perfect season 0-xxx. As manager/coach, I take the blame.
Let the word go forth from this time and place that I hereby vow I shall remain celibate in 2002 (I hear chicks dig celibacy [or is it celery -- well I got a 50% chance].)
I was resigned to celibacy, too, but that special woman I mentioned above changed that this past weekend. Don't give up, Mr. Berry.
Hey, congratulations, Adam! Yeah, yeah, I know, it's probably a bit premature to say so, but still, I'm glad you found someone to make you happy. You deserve it.
You da Bomb, Adam! Congratulations!
Now, if only I can follow your example...
Thanks much, guys. Sven, the old "Candid Camera" motto is very apropo-"when you least expect it."
Luigi Novi: Hey, congratulations, Adam! Yeah, yeah, I know, it's probably a bit premature to say so, but still, I'm glad you found someone to make you happy.
I just hope it wasn't Adam that was premature.
Nevertheless, props also to Blue Berry, although you might soon have to change your last name......
