How about when threads die out only to be re-ignited a few days later by someone looking for stuff to get into?

Deleted various 'Nitcentral Recurring Minor Annoyances' posts and closed the thread, as announced yesterday. I think we've about covered all the harmless/funny nostalgia we can, and I just don't like the use this thread was being put to otherwise.

(Mind you, if anyone's now really upset because they didn't get a chance to mention a harmless etc. theme, let me know and we can maybe add it in. )

One suggestion I would like to make in passing, inspired by Sven's last post(s): If you do make a non-content mistake - ie. spelling/grammar errors, words left out - in any post in the Sink I'd be happy to make corrections if (and only if) asked in lieu of a second post correcting/apologising for the first.
I'm puttering around here all the time anyhow...and it'll maybe cut down on the cluttery stuff.
