A very funny movie co-starring William Shatner as himself. He meets these "Trekkies" who are disappointed that Shatner is nowhere close to being "Kirk-like". In other words, he has trouble with women.

BEST DIALOGUE:

Shatner: What did that teenager say to you that started the fight?

Kid: He said that Han Solo was cooler than Captain Kirk.

Shatner: I'd kick his @ss!

I've posted this before about Free Enterprise, but I'll say it again. A kid is seen waiting in line to see Star Trek - TMP on opening day. The Shat appears to him in a vision and says to him "Have you read the reviews?" No reviews of TMP were published on opening day. The film was not finished until the day before release, and therefore was not pre-screened for critics.
