It's nice to see that 40 years after the
age of teletype terminals/mainframes that
CLIs are still used in computers and are
even part of many computer games. Command
lines still offer many advantages over GUI
interfaces, and are very easy to script.
I hope to still see them used 50 years from now.

So long as there are programmers or people doing scientific computing, there will be CLIs. I know I'm going to get a Linux partition on my new laptop.

GUIs are a pain in the @ss when it comes to doing repetitive work.
