I'm not sure that Shimerman, Eisenberg and Phillips constitute the "vast majority of Trek actors" who wear make-up and prosthetics. I'm sure that if anybody cared, they could come up with a much longer list of prostheticed Trek actors who aren't either short, bald or Jewish.
