If you click on each photo, night, you'll see that all of the photos I upload to Wikimedia Commons are free-licensed with the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license, which means everyone is free to use them, publish them or modify them, free of charge, for any reason, as long as the photos are attributed (credited) to me where they are published. (Naturally, crediting is not necessary in cases of personal use, so go right ahead, night.)

The whole point of the Commons, which is a sister site to Wikipedia, is to provide a repository of free photo, video and audio files for public use, just as Wikipedia's purpose is to provide the sum of human knowledge for free public use, and this is why I upload my photos of public events there.

Speaking of which, I just uploaded some of my pics of the midnight signing of Flashpoint #5 and Justice League #1 at Midtown Comics early yesterday morning, at which Jim Lee and Geoff Johns were present.
