Snowman Tally-Ho Comics

Desolation Island, where evil people are outcast to, hunt down and capture Fang aka the moster-maker, who is too evil even for them & they vote to take him to the arctic and leave him.
Wait, what? Wouldn't KILLING him make more sense, or is that just not evil enough?

Once deposited on an ice flow, Fang uses the sharp edges of the ice to cut his bonds & then summons a sea serpent destroy the boat of the evil men.
Gee, wouldn't have happened if they had, you know, just killed him.

The Snowman, who was a cartoony-looking idol worshipped by Eskimos that came to life, somehow knows Fang's name without ever hearing it.

Page 5, Panel 4. "I ought to that the strangler!"
I think that was supposed to read 'I ought to give that to the strangler!'
