First of this contradicts the Curly and the Kids strip in #264 (May 13, 1938) where Goo-Goo is shown on the team line-up as Center field. (Beezer isn't even in the line-up).
Secondly this contradicts the strip in #270 (June 24, 1938) where Minnie Gimp (a girl millionaire who was also on the team) had bought the land from a button company and turned it into a ballpark just for Curly's team.
