I thought some of these strips are witty and clever, like the literary device of the same name
From Wikipedia it says about this strip
"Non Sequitur is a comic strip created by Wiley Miller (credited mononymously as Wiley) starting February 16, 1992[1] and syndicated by Andrews McMeel Syndication to over 700 newspapers. It is also published on gocomics.com and distributed via email."
You know it's Wikipedia when you see a word like 'mononymously'. That's somebody trying to force in a word they think will make them sound smart.
I used various forms of the word in my dissertation (in applied linguistics, where the word actually has some currency), but never once did I thought it would sound good as an adverb.
Well, Kevin, Jeff never posts is own thoughts. All he does is parrot online sites.
Awk! Jeff want a cracker! Awk!
@Tim, what do we think about that?
Gotta read it online.
At this site, perhaps? ;-)
Yup.
