The trailer for the new show was recently released.
It should be out in fall and confirmed that the setting is 10 years before TOS.

Where exactly IS the main discussion page?

There is a discussion for Voyager currently in the Classic Trek Sink titled Star Trek - Discovery.

If you click the Last Day or Last Week links you should see it.

When I became Mod of the TOS forum, I frogmarched the Kurtzman Taint out of there post haste!
