Pretty facinating episode. I'm still trying to figure out the significance (if any) of Sheridan's different outfits in Londo's dream. BTW, I notice that our moderator used the phrase "face his greatest fear" in the synopsis above. Does this episode have anything to do with Lady Morella's third prophecy? "At the last, you must face your greatest fear, knowing that it will destroy you." It certainly seems like a step towards redemption for Londo.
So Delenn knows about Lennier's feelings now--or if she doesn't, she is not the wise Delenn we have been led to believe.
Here is something in regards to Sheridan's outfits. At the end, he turns into a glowing ball of energy. This is exactly what happened to the Ranger in "The Deconstruction of Fallen Stars." Has Sheridan advanced enough to become like IronHeart?
Sarah:
I think surrendering to his greatest fear had to do with him letting G'Kar kill him. After all, this step had to take place after (I forget the exact wording) Londo's sparing the life of the one who was already dead. (This is obviously Sheridan, who Londo as Emperor set free in the future as seen in "War Without End.")
Ruminations
- G'kar looks so out of place wearing Centauri emporer clothing.
Nits
- The nurse injects Londo in the right heart, but Londo (in his dream-state) clutches his left heart.
- When Vir talks to Londo in londo's dream-state, and they are side ways rotating to vertical, you can see a boom mic hovering above them both.
- G'kar in Londo's dream-state says Londo said nothing... well, he did mouth some words.
