This sounds bad, and don't get me wrong, but I can see why Garibaldi might be worried that Sheridan is dangerous since his return from Z'ha'dum. Tricking the League, using the frozen telepaths for something that sickens Dr. Franklin, starting a civil war(well, escalating one). But I don't think Sheridan wants to be President. If Garibaldi was around him more(and hadn't been tampered with), he would realize that.
Wade, Edgars' right-hand man, had me laughing. The way he talks reminds me of some old spy movies.
