Emporer Cartagia scares me!
I liked the bit near the end when the White Star is returning to B5 and the camera focuses for a moment on Ivonava's rank bar; then we cut to the caverns in Z'ha'dum and see a hooded figure, who drops--guess what!--a rank bar.
Why does he scare you? He's such a happy fellow. He just wants to help everyone. Life is one big thrill for him and everyone around him. ISN'T IT!!! He has the council of some trusted and loyal advisers. What could go wrong? Insert nervous laughter here.
This I believe is the first episode in which Garabaldi doesn't make an appearance.
He's like a more playful version of the Emporer in the movie Gladiator.

You'd be wrong. To the best of my knowledge Garibaldi appears in each and every episode of B5, even if his appearance is only for a few seconds.
Actually we'd both be wrong. Between when I wrote that and now I had gone through my Babylon 5 DVDs making note of which opening credit characters were MIA. Though I'll have to check my notes to find out the specific episode, his first MIA was in the third season. I believe the episode with the fewest opening credit characters was The Corps is Mother, The Corps is Father, which had just Franklin and Zack. If you don't count flashbacks and hallucinations, it would be Intersections in Real Time with just Sheridan.
