But hadn't Susan said to Marcus that she'd love to have eggs and bacon, which was what prompted him to get them for her? I think she'd rejected a lot of her religion anyway, e.g. when her father died, it took her a long time to sit Shiva for him because, I believe, she'd more or less rejected her religion.
I thought in the First Season episode when her Rabi comes to the Station, it showed that she doesn't pay much attention to kosher. The Centari fish things.

I think the scenes shot for Mars, when Mary Kirkish is narrating her story is one of the 'eeriest' uses of CGI in B5. I just think the Shadow ships look sinister enough by themselves but under Mars red sky just adds an evil look. Does that sound right??
The shot when Kirkish is in the bunker and that Shadow cruiser just flies right over is awesome.
One question,m why did the long range detectors, referred to in the same episode not pick up the Shadow vessel?

I seem to recall Ivonova saying at some point that she liked bacon principally because it was meant to be a forbidden food. (Of course by that logic she should be eating some of the crew).
Pity Marcus didn't go with this side of Ivonova. 'Susan, is is right that an Earthforce commander is forbidden to sleep with a bearded Englishman?'
