Back in the episode Crysalis, when Garabaldi confronted Devereaux (sp?) just before getting shot in the back, he drew and charged his PPG before Devereaux spoke. But in the flashback, he draws and charges his PPG after Devereaux starts speaking.

I think this is the first episode where we see a jumpgate with just three struts instead of four. Has there been any reason given for this?

I think jump gates insystems controlled by some of the smallr races (Markab and the like) are usually three pronged. Economic reasons maybe?

I'm not sure if this has been speculated on, since the Lurker's Guide appears to be down. So if it has, my apologies. But I was wondering if Jack was a willing part of it all. You may recall that in Mind War, when Bester and Kelsey arrive, Bester appeared to go into Jack's mind. Ostentably, he was telling him to take him to his leader. But I wondered if maybe while he was in there, he either hexed him like he did with Garabaldi or activated an implanted personality like Talia's.

Gordon, that might explain the 'look' that Bester gave Kelsey. At first I thought it was a "Typical mundanes" look, but it could have been him confirming to Kelsey that the signal was activated.

In this episode, it was discussed about how the Psi Corps created a bit of a scandal by urging its members to vote for Clark. This seems weird, since he was just Santiago's running mate. The only explanation I can think of is that, like the governor and LG here in Virginia, the president and VP are voted for seperately.

GL: A lot of states do it that way, and IIRC for a breif time in the U.S. the VP was never chosen by the Pres, but was the guy who came in second. Meaning, fi we still did that Gore would be VP (again) instead of "Heart Attack" Cheney right now.

Great Lines:

Londo: "Indisposed? She's in a cocoon?"

Lennier: ""yes?"

You got to love Lennier's response.

Garibaldi: "What's up doc?"

Ruminations

- Londo's hair style has changed. It's become more filled and curls backward a little bit now.

- I was wondering why the Narn have rocks for desks and beds, and then it hit me, the Narn, a race of lizard people would sleep on hot rocks basking in the sun.

- I don't remember seeing privacy curtains in MedLab as we see surrounding Garibaldi's bed.

- When Londo jokes: "why don't you eliminate the entire Narn homeworld while you're at," and Morden says one thing at time, there's a nice bit of acting by the actor who plays Londo as he suddenly realizes that that request isn't "going too far" for Morden's associates.

Actually JMS has stated that Narns are marsupials. You may recall the line from Signs and Portents when G'Kar tells Londo to kiss his pouch.

JMS explains this on the DVD. Apparently the hair style seen on Londo from season 2 onwards is exactly what JMS wanted. However when they were doing Londo's hair for the first time Peter Jurasik came out of the makeup trailer halfway through and, as a joke, told JMS that he loved the hair style. As JMS didn't want to insult one of his actors, and Peter Jurasik didn't want to contradict the producer, the result was confusion and a half finished hair style for the first season.

Actually JMS has stated that Narns are marsupials. You may recall the line from Signs and Portents when G'Kar tells Londo to kiss his pouch.

Its also why Narn (including G'Kar) have also used the term 'Pouch-brother'.
