The Exodus, Part Two

Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: Sliders: Season Three: The Exodus, Part Two
Maggie and Quinn find a couple of different worlds... one containing giant people and one that seems to be Earth Prime. Quinn sees his mother, but Maggie has breathing problems, so the two slide out again. He promises that he will help her breathe if they ever find the way back. They eventually find a world that seems fairly suitable and appears not to be dangerous. The other Sliders discover that Rickman was a victim of biological weapons in the Gulf War and he needs biological brain material to sustain himself. He has left a trail of victims on this Earth. He attacks Professor Arturo, but only gets a small amount from him... but the Professor is left only partially "there". Quinn and Maggie make it back, but discover, along with the others, that Rickman is attempting to slide to the next world. In the process, he shoots at Quinn, but Arturo jumps in front of the shot. The Professor dies and tells Quinn to get the others home. They have no time to mourn as Maggie sees the truth and turns against Rickman.
The Sliders evacuate part of the population to the new Earth, just in time as the pulsars destroy the other Earth. They hold a memorial service for Arturo and discover that Rickman has slid onward, with his own timer. They says goodbye to their friends on the new Earth and leave to find and get vengeance upon Rickman...

When the three sliders "bury" Arturo on the primitive world, an electricity mast is clearly visible.

[Rest of message edited due to it beign posted multiple times and being off topic] Furthermore, some episodes and characterizations are truly gratuitous (e.g., Capt. Margaret Beckett being obscenely carnal when she was infected with a tapeworm-like entity). Plus, with what military information to which I have access I can tell you now that Capt. Margaret Beckett is no military officer, particularly in the US Marine Corps. The way she acts and is appalled over something as little as a mouse (not to mention the way she dresses) furthers the misconception of this character. Also, has anyone noticed how her last name is Capt. Beckett which is similar to Quantum Leap's Dr. Becket, except for the inclusion of a tee in her last name? I intend to add more as time permits. Please feel free to share your own theories, perspectives, etc.
