I understand the whole concept of the Prohibition never ending and continuing on to include things like bacon and coffee, but why would the whole "flapper" atmosphere of the roaring twenties continue as well? The clothing, automobiles, and weapons are all period, when, I assume, these things should continue to progress in real time, regardless of the prohibition.
