I'm starting this thread because I couldn't find any mention of all the weird and/or wonderful Doctor Who fan films that are online these days.
Here are a couple of examples
The Weird: Japanese Doctor Who (If only because it features a Dalek with legs!)
The Wonderful: The Doctor Puppet animations by Alisa Stern.
I've got one.
A Tenth Doctor story with a (predictably) young actor playing the part, and doing a decent imitation of Tennant...
"Ghosts And Conquerors"
http://youtu.be/7CldlX3Zcs8
And another; A unknown Doctor in a short reunion with Susan...
"Family Reunion"
http://youtu.be/0v9--nUTMUo
The Doctor/Susan reunion one is considerably better than their reunion in the books (Legacy of the Daleks) or audios (An Earthly Child). I'm not saying it's actually any GOOD, mind.
Plus, Susan would NEVER regenerate standing up in that intensely irritating New Who manner.
Totally agree with you, Emily, about the New Who manner.
Geez, a girl absorbs all the energy of the Time Vortex, a guy kisses her and takes it away from her, forcing him to regenerate in an unusual manner (ie, supposedly expelling the rest of the energy) and all of a sudden we have a new manner of transformation .
Why can't TV people pay attention?!
You know, I'd've been quite happy to totally ignore the Time-Vortex-complication. I'd've been perfectly happy to overlook the bizarre idea that someone dying in agony would drag themselves to their feet for no readily apparent reason. If just ONE OR TWO of the New Who regenerations had been A BIT DIFFERENT.
How many have we had, now? Eccy-Tennant, Tennant-Tennant-II, Jacobi-to-Simm, Little-Melody-to-Mels, Mels-to-River, Tennant-Matt, Matt-Capaldi, Hurt-Eccy, McGann-Hurt...
...Come to think of it, that's a HELL of a lot of regenerations in under a decade given that there's only SUPPOSED to be one Time Lord left...
Oh, and even when he gets shot at Lake Silencio, Matt just HAS to start regenerating standing up with all that golden light even though a) HE'S RUN OUT OF REGENERATIONS! and b) IT'S A ROBOT!!
Dr Who Devious Episode 1 is finally out: You Tube Episode 1
Doctor Who credits done in the style of the last Avengers movie, featuring every companion and every Doctor.
Ooh, the Doctors bit was really inspirational. Well, aside from Colin obviously...and some of McCoy's prancing being a little embarrassing...and forgetting Ruth!Doc...
Nice of 'em to use a shot of Zoe at the console but not, y'know, THAT shot of Zoe at the console...
The Wrath of Eukor:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=9LgCYTZn1tw&t=8s
The Wrath of Eukor is the first in a series of fan films produced by Seattle International Films.
Made in 1984 it starred Barbara Benedetti as the first ever female Doctor.
Not a bad start for the newly regenerated Doctor.
She meets her companion Carl Evans (Randy Rogel).
Read this info about Rogel:
"In the 1990s Randy was a writer on Animaniacs for Warner Brothers Animation. A script he wrote for Batman: The Animated Series won an Emmy in 1993! Today he writes for Disney Animation."
Interesting the people they soon meet and culminating with dealing with the menace at a power station.

The Master takes revenge!:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=wHOlbJmt7hQ
Third episode.
Quite terrifying Daleks being presented as products that consumers can buy.
If I had not known the Daleks' nature, I would probably found how the Daleks look here as cute.
In the midst of this the Doctor is trying to prevent the Master getting his memory back and culminating on his revenge and how he gets it.
Doctor Who Velocity
Ace/Sophie Aldred cameo and The Weeping Angels!:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=qZX7x7NrAAI
Episode 4.
This episode immediately gives it away with Ace/Sophie Aldred being stated in the episode title.
Interesting premise how this involves Weeping Angels and a rave at Stonehenge.
However I wasn't very happy with how the Ace/Sophie Aldred cameo got presented.
Doctor Who Velocity
TRON Fan Film:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=dXgcIyU7aNo
Episode 6.
As it says in the episode title, this is a tribute to TRON.
A fun tribute to TRON as the Doctor goes to that very world including seeing her enemies there.
Certainly a sight seeing the Doctor on that bike.
Quickly figured out who is behind all this when a certain word was said.
Whispers In The Woods:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JXAhcq0F6FE&t=335s
Whispers in the Woods is the second episode of the first season of the Doctor Who FanFilm series starring Luke Newman as the Doctor and Chloe Naughton as companion Jess.
An intriguing adventure as this has the TARDIS bringing the Doctor and Jess to an apparently haunted forest
Fascinating the menace they encountered here.
Jess was definitely sharp in figuring that the Doctor (from his perspective) had left her at the forest at one point for a significant period of time.
Eternal Darkness:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfGH_SCNJdQ
Eternal Darkness is the first season finale of the Doctor Who FanFilm series starring Luke Newman as the Doctor.
In fact Newman is not the only Doctor here as this has other Doctors including a woman one who I have been seeing elsewhere.
There are also certain Doctors by use of footage incorporated here.
An enthralling piece of feature -length extravaganza this turned out to be in which the Doctors deals with the menace at hand, a menace that is very much familiar to the Doctors.
Heartwarming moment when the canonical companions gets mentioned but in a sad way starting with Amy Pond.
Very well done and definitely on par with official multi-Doctor stories in particular in my opinion The Day of the Doctor.
Dalek War Games:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcKWQy807NQ
Not bad seeing how Daleks play their War Games.
Kind of a fan film, but also a fan fiction.
No acting involved, but the youtuber is reading his short story (the video is just 11 minutes long), which begins the moment the Ninth Doctor's regeneration from the War Doctor ends.
It even explains the mirror scene from 'Rose' and the Titanic photo with Nine pictured in it.
It's a nice, neat, short story, which I could see RTD producing as a DVD extra, had such a thing been done with Eccleston.
"Warrior No More" - https://youtu.be/M2p4DYjOS8I
I don't think the Moment's quite that sentimental, tbh.
A youtube video, with the soundtrack of A-Ha's 'Take On Me', but with the 15 Doctors in it.
If you're a real Whovian, you'll recognize many of the drawn scenes taken from actual live-action scenes in the episodes...

Despite my usual feelings towards comic-strip nonsenses, I rather loved that. The bit with the wig was particularly...mischievous. Though I'd dispute your count of fifteen Doctors. Also, let's face it, it wasn't about the Doctor(s) at all. It was about the Dalek(s).
15 Doctors and 1 War Doctor, then?
It's a real blink-and-you-miss-it, but I think I see Fourteen for about 3 seconds at the 4:08 mark, with his long jacket, and then Fifteen (more or less) has the big mallet.
I do think all Fifteen plus Fugitive and War appeared.
*Adopts Soldeed-style voice* SEVENTEEN! I have seen...SEVENTEEN!*
