What are YOUR favourite - or most annoying - Doctor Who Gaffes and Misconceptions? It can be from anywhere - mainstream media, social media, the show itself, books, comics etc. (i.e. "I liked the First Doctor - Christopher Eccleston").
I'll start the ball rolling... In the first print run of the Unofficial 30th anniversary-type book The Doctors, when covering Vicki's first story "The Rescue", the text read that the action was set on the planet Dildo.
The whole mistaking the name of The Image Of The Fendahl as The Island Of Fandor.
To this day, some believe that The Island Of Fandor is a lost story.
On "The Hand of Fear" region 4 DVD, it says, "The Tom Baker Years 1974 - 1979.
They're two years short.
