At one point, Destiny reports to Cloudbase in Rhapsody's voice.
And a shot with the fire engines and ambulances were from many Thunderbirds episodes like Trapped in the Sky.
The plane was re-used in Joe 90 once or twice. (Most Special Agent, King for a Day etc)
Did that "waiter" ever bring Captain Scarlet his mustard?
I loved Captain Blue singing in the shower! What acoustics!
After learning that heavy electrical interference could disrupt the Mysteron influence, someone should have designed a portable disruptor (something like a limpet mine) that could be attached and activated by timer or remote. Might not be able to use it in all situations, but it could come in handy.
Having flown on a number of planes recently, it occurs to me that the whole business of the missing crew should have clued them in before they ever left the ground. Didn't they notice that there was no one at the door to look at their tickets and direct them? And what about the mandatory safety check, where the stewardesses and stewards instruct people in the use of the safety belt, life vest, and oxygen masks, and make certain that everyone sees where the emergency exits are?
Considering how willing the Mysterons are to massacre an entire group of people in order to execute one person, I'm really surprised that they didn't kill and retrometabolize the crew.
Too bad that they couldn't think of a way to signal Captain Scarlet to circle around the airport, giving the emergency crews time to set things up properly.
Given that explosion as the plane rammed into a building, Captain Scarlet looked awfully clean there at the end.
Notice also, that the four men at the back apparently didn't assume crash positions. The doctor was sitting up in his seat, and Captain Blue seemed to be out in the aisle.
