Hey Joe! Why not take Agent 84 WITH YOU!!?!?!

At first the second guard (Real from Breakout) is voiced by David Healy who also voiced the first guard (The second hunter from Attack of the Tiger) but then Real's voice changes to Keith Alexander and Healy sticks with the Attack of the Tiger guard.

No sorry, the guard from Attack and Mission is the first hunter in Attack of the Tiger.
Holt from the Trap was the second hunter.

I was expecting the storyline to have Agent 84 killed off in the course of the mission. It was nice that they didn't do so--it would have looked too much like James Bond, who can't hang on to associates for love or money.

Whoever designed the electronic set up in the plane that delivered Joe to the area must be color blind--a voice instructed Sam to eject the capsule when the red light flashed. The ejection handle was reddish, but the light itself was yellow!

When the general sent his guards (and he seemed to have only two visible guards in the whole complex!) to look for the "real" infiltrator, Joe seemed totally unconcerned with the possibility that they would find 84, who was out in the search area.

For a change, they found evidence that Joe was telling the truth--they determined that the capsule could not have carried a grown man. (BTW, why were they poking around an empty capsule when they were supposed to be searching for a man who presumably was moving away from the capsule?)

I was wondering if the general actually saw Joe sitting in the plane, or did he just see that one of his planes was beginning to move?

No one seemed concerned about the second plane that went chasing after Joe.

Considering how fast that X-41 virus worked on inorganic substances, I'm surprised that Dr. Baxter survived long enough to be given the antidote.

Actually, just getting a copy of the formula and the antidote formula wasn't enough. If the general attacked some place with that virus, they might be able to counteract the effect--but how much damage would ensue in the time it took them to fetch the antidote? They need to ensure that the virus cannot be mixed up ever again.

I spotted something last night that made me giggle. Perhaps it occurred when they were revamping the colors, etc, for DVD, but it was funny, and gives an interesting twist to Sam Loover's character. During the formal briefing at the WIN building, Sam was seated next to Mac, wearing a sober brown suit. I looked down at his feet, and found that he was wearing florescent orange socks! :)
