Yes I know that, I've heard the sounds and seen the movies, all from Expect the Unexpected Part 1,2 and Thunder Roar, the white house is Hawknest and the President usually live in the white house like in the Launching with President Roberts but Scarlet was in 2068 and Terrahawks in 2020 there must of been a period where there was no President.
