S'all.

I thought the guy who played Sam Beckett has died. If so, I should think that precludes any spin-offs or movies. Besides, the very poignant and shattering ending of the series left it as pure fact that he never made it home...
(I wonder- will a similar thing happen at the end of Star Trek: Voyager?)

Scott Bacula (the guy who played Sam) is still alive. He's scheduled to appear in 2 films in 2000. I found this at Imdb.com

Actualy, the en d of the series was just cue cards inserted by whatever chjannel showed it when they canceled it-there was supposed to be another season. Someone at QLIP(QuantumLaep Information Page) posted the script there once, if it was real. Supposedly the next season was supposed to be the future.

And there *could* be a movie version instead of a sequel, if they wanted to do a moive.:)

Scott Bakula was just in that mini-series Tom Clancy's Net Force, but what happened to Dean Stockwell. I haven heard anything sinced he was in The Rainmaker and Air Force One.

So I guess there will be no spin-off or movie.

I've seen Al in an episode of Drew Carey, and a couple of other places I can't recall at the moment.
