A Merry Mix-Up (1957)

Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: The Three Stooges: Moe, Larry & Joe (1957 - 1958): A Merry Mix-Up (1957)
Three sets of identical triplets are separated after WW2. Years later, they all happen to live in the same city and don't know it! Their brides-to-be and girlfriends confuse each of them for their identical triplet counterparts! When all 9 Stooges arrive at the same restaurant, hilarity ensues!

Simply one of the best of the Moe, Larry and Joe shorts and my nominee for one of the top 10 funniest Stooge shorts ever made!

There have been Moe, Larry & Shemp episodes with "twin" sisters, children and such played by the Stooges, also Moe, Larry and Curly. But I think this is the only one done with "triplets". There MUST have been a storyboard made for this one ... otherwise, it would be havoc keeping the guys dressed in the proper clothing for the day's shoot.
