Somewhat different kinda episode. It was a lot more character driven, than some of the other more tech driven romps.

I wasn't paying the best attention to the show toward the end, but did anyone else get a little confused?

oh yeah,...

The opening news reel was great.

Geez, Frohike is hairy! He sure did look cute in those lederhosen, though, didn't he? :)

Nothing wrong with that. I'm glad to see a hairy guy on TV. [Well, not glad, but you know what I mean. An example, or role model for the rest of us ape men.]

Well, I didn't mean anything bad by it, Amos. (BTW, is your last name Moses? Get it? *S* If not I'll explain it later.) Anyway, I was just surprised that he was hairier, and that it was longer than I expected, too!

By Amos on Saturday, March 17, 2001 - 9:26 pm:

okay MarkN, not offense taken. I'm glad you found amusement in it. Nothing like the feel good fun of hair. [looks down at own manly chest] oh yeah, I'm in fun country. :-)

As for the Moses joke, oh yeah, I get it. In fact I got it the first hundred times I heard it.

The news reel - The "SS" officer - had a SS cap, SS full colonel collar tabs, but had a German army jacket. The eagle was over the right breast pocket. The SS had the eagle (SS version) on the left arm. Also there were no Marines fighting in the European Theater of Operations (ETO) in WWII.
