The best to anyone's knowledge did the series Highlander ever make a claim that Jesus was an immortal. I remember there was a rumor that they did when the series first started but I never found any evidence to support that.

An interesting idea, but I don't think it would be done, just do avoid offending any sensitve people.

It wouldn't work. Name one Immortal intrested at all in anything but cutting heads off. Plus if scripture speakes the truth, Jesus was not the low profile character a immortal would want to hide as. Any immortal who could ressurect the dead was asking for decapitation.

I personally was not saying this was a good idea. I just heard the rumor several years ago and was looking for confirmation of that rumor. I detest the idea of them making Christ to be an immortal.

Matt, there WAS an Immortal who wanted peace. We never knew his real name, but he was the guy posing as Methos in the fifth season. He was played by Ron Perlman, if that's any help.
