Love the ending! Love the ending! Love the ending! The GBotG (I'm not giving the ending away!) was hilarious!

Actually, I liked the book right up UNTIL the ending. I got the joke, but I thought it was unbelievable. I also didn't like the lack of resolution to any situation. I understand this is a series, but something could have been resolved in the first four books.

I thought it was so rich when I read "The Great Bird of the Galaxy"! I loved it and thought that was so great an homage to Gene Roddenberry, whose name I use as an homage to him, too, and not just here but in a couple chat rooms, like Talk City in the Sci-Fi Fan room.
