Trip and Reed go into the transporter and are fused into one being. This new being (Tripreed) then proceeds to do a ho down to the theme song of "Cottoneyed Joe" while staring openly at T'Pol's bum. Tripreed becomes the life of the party on the ship being the only person in the entire galaxy with the ability to understand both British AND American humor. The crew then decides that they must split Tripreed when Tripreed starts arguing with himself. They send him back into the transporter and out comes Reed and Tucker. They go and find the booze that the captain has stashed away in the Jeffries Tube on Deck 4 and they get completely wasted.
