I notice that Marina Sirtis and Jonathan Frakes are suppoed to appear in the series finale. I wonder how that comes about? They teaching history or something?

I thought they were viewing a Holo-novel done by one of their children. 
I am not sure about the signing Federation and the Klingon War, but if I were doing it, end the series with something like that and leave it open now there is a Federation and the Klingons feel they are the target of an alliance after them.
It would be great to see Klingons in the alt-universe for part two (trying to be on some subject).
