?! I gots ta hear this guy's stuff! I like most of those titles!

The group that Shaq did "Whats Up Doc" with were called the Fu-Shnickens. I'm sure that's spelled wrong, but I've got the pronunciation right.

Didn't he also do "88 Lines About 44 Simpsons"? It's a parody of The Nails' "88 Lines About 44 Women".

Oh, how could I forget that?

Well, for the past month and a half (or thereabout) I've been listening to the Dr. Demento Show. It's given me a chance to hear a couple more of the great Luke Ski's songs. One track that's been a pretty fair regular in the Funny Five is "The Spongey Dance". I'm not a Sponge Bob Squarepants fan, but I like that song. I can definitely groove to it. Then there's "Stealing Like a Hobbit" which I heard for the first time Sunday. I really like that one. Loved the parody/interpolation of Eminem's "Stan". "Stealing Like a Hobbit" was the number one most requested demented song for 2003. At any rate, that's now three songs I've heard by Luke Ski.

BTW, the Doctor will be attending DragonCon in Atlanta. He said that one of the acts appearing onstage will be the great Luke Ski himself. I don't know when the Con will be, but I thought I'd pass it along to any Nitcentralites living near Atlanta who might be interested.
