Can anyone here name the composer and musical piece in which the following musical phrases appear? (It's an overture if that helps)

Sound - 1st phrase heard is at the end of the overture, 2nd phrase (after pause) occurs within the piece

For those who read music:
1st Phrase - tempo: 1 quarter note = 152
2nd Phrase - same tempo

I'm not exactly sure it is in the correct key.
