Okay, for starters:

1. The name means "No pity for the majority." It is, obviously, German; Sascha, the band leader, is a Deutschlander.

2. This band f-ing pwns your soul. :O

Any other fans here? All I have is WWIII and Nihil; what else should I pick up?

A buddy at work has gotten me into them, great heavy stuff.

What are some of your fave song/album picks, Fitzie?

I have so much trouble even trying to get their initials right, but yeah, I've got a couple of their CD's. I did not know the initials stood for something. I think the first tune I heard was on a Mortal Kombat soundtrack or something. Good driving music!!

Influx:

Just remember the old joke of it actually being "Kill MotherF-ing Depeche Mode" :O

(Whom I'm REALLY getting into lately)

Okay, I got this wrong; will someone please fix?

The title should be:
Kein Mitleid für die Mehrheit.

*blush*

I just thought I would say here that I like this band too.

The first KMFDM album I bought about ten years ago was the "Retro" compilation. I liked it, so I continued to buy their new albums as they came out. After "Retro", the band went on a brief hiatus, and the lead singer formed a side-group, MDFMK, and they released one album, which I also bought.

After three years, KMFDM reformed and they released "Attak". Then came "WWIII", which had a lot of scathing political commentray concerning the U.S. invasion of Iraq. Then came "Hau Ruck". "Tohuvabohu", which was a Hebrew phrase, came next. And their most recent CD, "Blitz", came out last year. It is their sixteenth studio album.

I like them because they sing in both English and German, and they have a really cool sound, even to this day.

I await their next album!

Well, they have a new CD out now, called "WTF?!"

That's a good title, I think!
