Coulda sworn I'd heard about those kids doing this years ago.

From what I heard in a story on the radio today, the kids were secretly taped and had their voices put on the album without their knowledge or consent.

I started one thread earlier a couple of years ago about a lawsuit against Ozzy Osbourne by his former band members who he refuses to pay royalties to. I'm not sure how that case eventually came out.
