You know, I wonder why Guilmon has to be taught everything. In 01 and 02, all Digimon seemed to be pretty mature from birth (remember the highly vocal babies that taunted Ken?) I know that this is 03, but Takato made up Guilomon and he obviously knows 01 and 02 like the back of his hand. (of course, the answer is it's funnier this way)
There were alot of fun moments.
"If you two are trying to swallow each other, you're gonna have to open your mouths alot wider".
Yeah, that was great!
The opening narration by Davis :
"Takato was just an ordinary kid who loved Digimon. Who could blame him? Things were pretty normal until he found that funky blue card. It turned his card reader into a real digivice that scanned in all this cool info about Guilmon...A Digimon Takato had made up.I bet he never dreamed he'd get a real digiegg when he did those drawings. Then he saw Rika and Renamon fighting Lynxmon. The next morning, his digiegg hatched and there was no sign of Guilmon. But his digivice lead Takato right to him. Looks like Takato had a lot to learn about being a Digimon Tamer...like how not to get toasted by his own creation."
How was Guilmon holding down the box so the principal couldn't lift it? There's not a lot in a cardboard box to hold onto. Not to mention the possibility of it ripping in the struggle.
Never saw this ep before, so I was a little surprised by Terriermon's, You're not a good tamer comment. Terriermon's not as nice as later episodes led me to believe.
He's about as tactful as a talk radio host, that Terriermon
