The animators couldn't seem to agree on the graphical quality of Henry's game. At first, it's all black and white, Game Boy style stuff. But suddenly, it becomes photorealistic (well, in terms of the rest of the show) and Henry doesn't seem to notice!

That could just be that because Henry is seeing the Digital World differently than he had been seeing it. It doesn't really look different, he just imagines it more realistically.

So where were those officials while all this fighting was going on?

Presumably this world isn't the same Earth from Seasons 1 & 2, but is it the same Digital World?

I don't think so. Henry talks about the Digimon comming off "the net". Also, the theme song no longer mentions the Digital World.

Also, what's up with Takato's bath water? It's GREEN!
