Basically, the misadventures of Takato as he tries to get Growlmon to "de-digivolve...is that even a word?" back to Guilmon.
Impmon also causes more trouble for Growlmon until Growlmon fights back.
Terriermon continues on with the sarcasm. 
Rika and Renamon continue with their attitudes.

Apparently he watches a different TV version of Digimon than I have since the digimon would usually revert to their earlier forms after a battle, not exercise.
