More of a general Season 3 nit, but here was where I noticed it. The Hypnos keyboards are a bunch of squares, with no markings, that constantly change color. How can anyone work these things.
Also it doesn't seem like the operators are actually hitting the keys. (Although maybe it's a touch-screen instead of a keyboard.)

What are they doing to Rika? The only interesting human character of Season 3* & it seems like the writers are going to turn her into a whiner. Nooooooooooooo!!!

*Henry is just boring, while Takato is boring & dumb.

Well, Keith, it's a well kown fact that if something has flashing lights, it's hi-tech :)

If I may add a second thought on the Hypnos rig, why did they go through all the trouble of building that big dome/screen if the operators always wear those goggle/visor/mask things? They obviously can't see through them on their own, there must be some kind of screen inside to show them what's on the big display. So why not get rid of the display and just let them use the eye things? It seems to me that it'd save a bundle by cutting the power usage, and I'm sure that everything else Hypnos has in that building is costing them enough already :)

Yamaki: Okay, new plan. Instead of destroying Digimon we're going to make them run on this treadmill hooked to Hypnos' power generator. Darn budget cutbacks!
