Jeri's Quest
Jeri becomes obssessed with Digimon card game. She also wants a Digimon of her own. Her first choice : Calumon. But her hopes are crushed when Calumon is less interested in her than her "yummy snacks".
A digital field appears and the next Deva appears. Jeri tells Calumon to get him, but Calumon runs away in fear. Jeri follows him.
Suddenly Leomon shows up to save the day. He knocks the Deva away. Jeri falls in love right away with her new Digimon. Calumon puts it best, "I think her brain has gone all funny." Leomon tries to evade this crazy girl, but Jeri runs after him.
Takato arrives on the scene. He calls the others, who aren't sure if Leomon is really her partner, despite the fact Jeri calls it destiny.
Kumbhiramon, the Deva who fought Leomon earlier, shows up.
Jeri tries to use Takato's digivice to "digi-modify" Leomon, but nothing happens. The Tamers digivolve their Digimon. They join forces with Leomon to defeat the weak Deva.
Leomon leaves, despite Jeri's crying, not wanting to have a partner.

Anyone else think the Deva was Brain using another scheme to try and take over the world!!!
Another bad showing for a Deva. Apparently this was a low-powered Ultimate. (Do the levels really mean anything. I think 1 Ultimate with 6 duplicates really should have given 2 Champions a harder time.)
