Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: Digimon: Digital Monsters: Season Three: Song Of Sakuyamon

Azulongmon and Zhuqiaomon take the Tamers to where Calumon is being held. There, they meet up with Ryo and Cyberdramon.

Not wanting to waste any time, Rika and Renamon go down to rescue Calumon from the D-Reaper. Ryo and Cyberdramon follow them. Rika finds Calumon.

Unfortunately, the D-Reaper finds them. Knowing they cannot escape "the chaos" aka the D-Reaper, she and Renamon go down to confront it. Wanting to choose her own destiny, Rika wants to stay and fight with Renamon.

She and Renamon biomerge. They battle the chaos, saving the Tamers. But unfortunately, the chaos is not defeated.

I don't think the chaos was eager to absorb those things. It seemed to me that they just got in the way & were destroyed/absorbed. The only times it seemed to make an effort to destroy anything was when it was actually attacked.

Loved the turtle's description of Cyberdramon. "Fiesty McAngry." LOL

NNANJAO. Seemed like each turtle head had a different accent.

Um, I didn't really mean to imply that the Chaos WANTED to zap all those platforms and everything; actually, I assumed that they were just mindless globs of whatever-they-are. I just meant that it seems kind of odd that they never seemed to bumb into the side of the pit.

More of a comment, but I wish TPTB had taken the trouble to animate a card swiping scene for Ryo. (I mean, does Jeri do it THAT much more than Ryo?)

Why does the little drop of Chaos hit the ground like a bead of glass, and not a blob of goop that destroys whatever it touches?
