Vader from A New Hope, dubbed with dialogue from other James Earl Jones films.
Some of the dialogue doesn't mesh very well with the scenes, as when he's talking during his duel with Kenobi, though the choice to use Soul Man for that scene was funny.
One of the funniest moments in the video, however, was not from the dialogue, but the music during the Death Star battle when Vader is turning the knob on his control panel and destroying the X-Wings.
I don't know if this has been posted, so I apologize if it is. Very simple edit, but it cracked me up.

The nitpicker in me has to point out the obvious physical changes in our Imperial victim. Pretty funny, though.
