Unnamed Live-Action Series (????)

Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: Star Wars: TV: Unnamed Live-Action Series (????)

Didn't see a board yet for the upcoming live-action TV show, so I'll talk about it here.

According to the show's heavily sourced Wikipedia article, the original 100-episode series is now being expanded to potentially 400 episodes across multiple series, running simultaneously!

Boba Fett will be in it, apparently.

Incidentally, 400 episodes of television would work out to about 20 years if it was a single show. That fits the time span that this is supposed to take place in.

Even though a thread was started in the Jedi Sink for The Book of Boba Fett, I'm assuming this thread was meant to discuss that show... but if that's too much clutter moderator, feel free to move this post.

I can't say that episode 5 is the best written so far, but's definitely my favorite, which is a bit ironic considering Fett wasn't in it at all.

There was a lot of fanservice in this one as well; most of it good IMHO, but some of it didn't make sense to me from logical or continuity standpoint. It was nice to see a Naboo fighter again, but if the woman (who dated a Jawa for some reason) can get hard to find parts so easily, why not build a ship more practical for Mando? He needs space for bounties and equipment to do his job well, not just avoid notice with pre-Imperial tech. Since the Dark Troopers game is getting a remake it would've been nice to see the Moldy Crow get some love, but I'm a bit biased with that one.

After the fight for the darksaber, why were they suddenly asked if they've removed their helmets? Seems like a weird time to ask that question. It felt more for plot purposes, to separate him from the enclave, than something to ask following an honorable match. Having said that, that ring city was incredibly cool.

Why were New Republic X-wings patrolling Hutt space? That area has never been under Republic or Imperial control, and I doubt the NR would be concerned with one planet being under dispute... if they even knew at all. I will say however that those X-wings looked really good.
