010711 - Roll Call 4 - Your Eyes Only!

Nitcentral's Bulletin Brash Reflections: L.I.C.C.: Roll Calls!: 010711 - Roll Call 4 - Your Eyes Only!
By MarkN on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 12:45 am:

As a few people now know, I made a big boo-boo on The Knights of Silvercliff, Chapter IV by accidently using my real name instead of the character I was writing as (Bic Penh Tamytrr), and since BF revealed some of his characters I thought why don't we all post here who all we've posted as. If you don't wanna play, that's ok, but I figured since I blew my own lid off I may as reveal myself completely. So, here are my characters in order of appearance, but without their obvious variations, i.e. Khistra/Caractatus or KC. I doubt these'll be very surprising cuz you probably already figured they all had the same author.

Caracatus
Khistra (almost always paired with Bellepherus, who of course never says anything cuz he can't talk, so he doesn't get his own individual spot on the list)
Brrtnrrnii (whether whole or just as his head}
Olivius Haardi
Staylen Lorrol
Bonno (no, he's not inspired by U2's Bono; the name had just come to me at the time)
The Knights That Go/Who Say Nee!
Decrepit Old Man
Townie
Redygo (this was the actual name of a friend; actually his middle name but he was called by it)
Caillen, the little girl
El Lae Woman (gee, betcha can't guess what inspired this name)
The Other Pointer-Outer
Knights Who Say "Neener! Neener!" (but the "Neener! Neener!" wasn't posted in the name field for some reason that I'd forgotten)
Bic Penh Tamytrr
Enerii the Eighth

Wow! That many, huh? I wasn't trying to outdo anyone or monopoloze the story. It's just that sometimes no one would post for awhile so if I had an inspiration I'd write it out, and that usually meant quite a lot of it, too. As you see, I don't write there very often now. When Padawan or BF figured out it was me (although "KC" denied it to throw people off the track) it was cuz of the time I usually posted, but I wondered if anyone had also picked up on my writing style, which I tried changing as much as possible to disguise its being me. Of course now everyone will just say they knew all along. :)

Oh, well, it was fun while it lasted, and now everyone'll know when I post as new characters, but it won't be very often, I think.

[engage smug mode]

By MarkN on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 2:07 am:

Yeah, yeah. I'm only human. So, KAM, how many of those did you figure to be me?

By KAM on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 2:48 am:

On one of the discussion boards you admitted to being a number of those characters, so I didn't really think about it that much.

And while I suspected that you might have been KC I didn't know for certain.

Oh, and I can't change names in the posted By line so I can't change MarkN to Bic Pen Tamytrr for you. Sorry.

By MarkN on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 3:03 am:

Ok, thanks. But you can also save just that one post's text in Notepad, and then delete the entire post, name included (I know it can be done), and the ones following it, and then repost it under Bic's name. That way there won't be any interruption to the storyline. And since I've now admitted to being who all I posted as I'm not asking you to protect my identity. That is, unless you want to (shh! it'll be our little secret). You can still delete the few posts on this here board if no one's seen them yet, too. But it's up to you, cuz on the one hand it kinda doesn't really matter to me anymore.

By BF on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 3:56 am:

I figured you were all of those, except Redygo. I thought that one was probably Padawan, or maybe the Red Guy (Reddo for short).

I'm:

Dhalric Blacksilver - My 2nd edition AD&D character, somewhat modified for 3rd edition D&D
The Staggering Monk
Baron Shanlir
Oskyr Myor, the Duke of Ehrl
Azriin Copperfire

And, believe it or not, that's it! I've been letting everyone else play all other people the group runs into.

By BF on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 4:04 am:

Oh. Forgot to mention: KAM, can you wipe the consecutive all-blue posts on the current TKOS board, starting with where MarkN got upset because he posted under the wrong name?

By MarkN on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 4:26 am:

I figured you were all of those, except Redygo.
Gee, BF, what gave me away? :)

I'd like to know who Keeran was and why he seemed so upset about my trying to hide the fact that I wasn't MarkN after my admittedly poor excuse at trying to cover up my boo-boo. I was only kidding and didn't really expect anyone to take it seriously. BF didn't, so why did that dude? Hell, even I'd've seen thru that if someone else did it instead o' me.

On one of the discussion boards you admitted to being a number of those characters...
BTW, when was this, KAM? Over on the Knights of Silvercliff Chapter IV board (where I didn't), or sometime ago before that? I honestly don't remember.

And KAM, the "MarkN on Saturday, July 14, 2001 - 02:39 am" is the one I was talking about. You can delete all those blue ones BF and I mentioned and repost that one under the Bic name. (And c'mon, y'all gotta admit that was a great one I came up with, too: "I am Bic Penh Tamytrr". My best yet, I do believe. Yes, indeedy, I do, I do.)

By Padawan Observer on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 4:30 am:

I thought why don't we all post here who all we've posted as - MarkN

We've already done that. That's what this board is for.

All right, her's who I've posted as on TKOS and the original D, D, D, D and S board.

Padawan
Loremaster
Sir Bowen
Thieves of Andinor
Plot Motivation
Psycological [sic] Effect
Mountain King of the Shadow People
Plot Invitation
Dunwyn
Plot Continuation
Pointer-Outer
Plot Exploration
Bencowan
Plot Inspiration
Plot Exploitation

Of course, the Plot names often use some of my other characters and are therefore obvious, I use that kind of name when I don't know who to post as.

When Padawan or BF figured out it was me (although "KC" denied it to throw people off the track) - MarkN

I don't remember you actually denying it, just implying you didn't know who MarkN was.

it was cuz of the time I usually posted, but I wondered if anyone had also picked up on my writing style - MarkN

You were always my top suspect, Khistra just seemed like a MarkN fantasy. :)

I figured you were all of those, except Redygo. I thought that one was probably Padawan, or maybe the Red Guy (Reddo for short). - BF

When I saw the name "Redygo" I thought it was Reddo but I realised he had the same author as Khistra after a short while. It does sound like the sort of thing I would do, but it wasn't me this time.

By MarkN on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 5:13 am:

Going back over RC2 and RC3 I came across other names I posted under, Rusty Shears, Princess Cindy, Mr. HaHa. I was also the one who imitated Padawan in that "Mikey" Life cereal parody over on wherever it was. He said how he's never been parodied so I just had to rise to the occasion.

BF, you forgot to mention that you were also BladeWolf. And are you sure you were the first to suspect me, cuz I couldn't find out there where you said you thought it was me (I looked but could've missed it). Maybe you just didn't post it(?) cuz I found KAM's post from on Sunday, March 04, 2001 - 02:32 am and he said: The only other person I thought you might be was MarkN, but I believe you said you had a wife. So other than tossing out random names like Bob Jones, my guessing is over.

And then later that same day at 7:16 am Paddy said I think MarkN is probably Caractacus, too. I think that's why I thought he or KAM were the first ones to mention it.

Then, there was Paddy little April's Fool joke, I know exactly who Khistra is. Not only is he male, but he is my good friend.... that I fell for. I thought for sure the gig was up then.

Then on your Saturday, June 30, 2001 - 02:32 am post you said you had 3 suspects and I was one. Later that afternoon Paddy said, Well, MarkN would be a good choice, in fact I suspected him of being KC before. KAM asked if he were, and I don't beleive he denied it, he only asked who MarkN was. Man, you guys were good!

Also on that board, KAM, I think I found where you thought you'd seen my admit to being other chars. Is this it:
Caracatus, Khistra, many others and many more to come...barring dying some unforseen death, of course. Wednesday, February 28, 2001 - 04:39 am:
Well, ya see, Padawan, that's the beauty of keeping everybody guessing, although I have been dropping ever-so-subtle clues here and there. I know someone will guess it sooner or later, at which time I'll admit my identity...or...NOT!!! (Gosh, I just so-o-o love this! hee! hee!)

By Padawan Observer on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 5:18 am:

Going back over RC2 and RC3 I came across other names I posted under, Rusty Shears, Princess Cindy, Mr. HaHa. - MarkN

Ah, yes, I thought you were Princess Cindy.

I'll post my Sprinkle Boy roles soon.

By MarkN on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 5:19 am:

BTW, Padawan, another clue for you was that as KC I called you Paddy a few times but only once that I can recall as MarkN. Not that it was really meant to be an exclusive clue for you but do you remember my using that nickname I gave ya?

Going back over the Roll Call boards I was reminded that several of you already admitted who you posting under. I'd forgotten that when I suggested we all do it now.

By KAM on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 5:21 am:

It was the TKOS Discussion II board where you had most of your characters die.

I've made the changes to TKOS IV & created TKOS V. A whole new board to make mistakes on. ;-)

By Padawan Observer on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 5:25 am:

BTW, Padawan, another clue for you was that as KC I called you Paddy a few times but only once that I can recall as MarkN. Not that it was really meant to be an exclusive clue for you but do you remember my using that nickname I gave ya? - MarkN

Well, MarkNBerry Other people have called me that.

Have you posted on any of the LICC Discussion Boards?

By BF on Sunday, July 15, 2001 - 6:01 am:

BladeWolf was not a character, just an alias, like Padawan. Or KC. That's why I didn't list it. Otherwise I would have had to list GundamWolf and HackMaster, too!

I read some Nitcentral boards that I've never posted at, and MarkN's style just seemed to fit KC's style more than most people. Never said anything about it, until I had a chance to investigate some more. Sven of Nine was my main suspect, and you were my second; big deal!

When you posted the lyrics to the Duke of Ehrl parody in italics, that got me on the hunt again; I headed straight to the music board and looked at the Lyrics board as soon as I saw it. You're one of the few people who posts in italics. Although your early posts on the Lyrics board weren't in italics. Don't know why, but that just triggered something....

By MarkN on Monday, July 16, 2001 - 4:23 am:

Yeah, BF, I like doing lyric parodies sometimes, but I dunno why I did some in italics and others not. Also, it then shouldn't come as any surprise to admit that I did the Borg parodies of Brenda Lee, Johnny Cash, the Kingston Trio (although I screwed that one up a bit), Tanya Tucker, Dusty Springfield, The Vogues, Patty Duke and The Coca-Cola Singers over on the "This Is (Blank) of Borg" board. BTW, I hadn't been to TKOS for some time till tonight, so I never saw your question, as Hackmaster, about if I posted on any of the Music's boards, in case you may have thought I was trying to avoid it. And I stand corrected about Bladewolf. Well, sit, actually. :)

No, Padawan, I never posted on LICC. That's why as "KC" or "Caracatus" I asked what it stood for. And going over the RC boards I saw that indeed others also called you Paddy. I dunno why I thought I was the first or only one to. Maybe I'd forgotten to take my medication, or I was too busy hiding from the thought police or something.

It was the TKOS Discussion II board where you had most of your characters die.
Who are you talking to here, KAM? If you meant me I couldn't find it. And thank you for changing that one post to Bic's name. I guess you did as I suggested, by saving it to Notepad (just to be on the safe side), deleting the blue posts and then reposting it as Bic? Now, if only I'd've done it that way to begin with I could've still be having fun watching everyone trying to guess who "KC" really was, although since the heat was really starting to come down I'd've had to come clean sooner or later anyway.

By BF on Monday, July 16, 2001 - 4:33 am:

MarkN, what KAM was referring to is near the beginning of the TKOS Discussion II board. Third post, actually, right after I posted as HackMaster and made the joke that everybody dies. You made a post with "All of the Above" in the header.

I was "Guns N Roses of Borg". :)

By MarkN on Monday, July 16, 2001 - 4:48 am:

I thought it was probably that one of yours, BF.

And KAM, my bad. With my Swiss cheeze memory I mistakenly thought you changed that post in the "Knights" board, not on "The TKOS Discussion Board". Jeez, my memory's really shot. Anybody know where I can get a new brain (I can just see what He-Who-Shall-Remain-Nameless would say to that)? I'm way overdue for one and the warranty's long since expired.

By MarkN on Monday, July 16, 2001 - 5:30 am:

I forgot to mention, folks, that I'm finally gonna be a moderator in the next few days or so when Phil can get around to it. I asked if I could do boards for FOX's new shows, "Night Visions" (a not-so-subtle Twilight Zone clone) and "Murder In Small Town X", although I may pass on that one, so if anyone else wants it, let me know. I've got the first 4 "NV"s on tape so I can watch them a second time and write brief synopsis of them. They've already been on and I've no idea how many of you have seen them. Is anyone interested in them enough to want to comment on their respective boards? Please let me know in time to tell Phil to cancel them. Thanks.

By BF on Monday, July 16, 2001 - 6:12 am:

I haven't watched Night Visions yet, but it sounds like its going to be good. "Murder In Small Town X" holds no interest for me, whatsoever. It seems like a cross between MTV's "Fear", The board game "Clue" and ABC's "The Mole".

By Keeran the Stranger on Monday, July 16, 2001 - 11:05 pm:

I'd like to know who Keeran was and why he seemed so upset about my trying to hide the fact that I wasn't MarkN after my admittedly poor excuse at trying to cover up my boo-boo.

I am the being known as The Observer.

I wasn't really upset, I was reacting to what I percieved to be an immature prank. You really did sound like you were happy you fooled us all. Well, you did fool me there. Thanks for admitting your identity. So when did you come up here from Religious Musings, and do you ever read LICC?

By Keeran the Stranger on Monday, July 16, 2001 - 11:08 pm:

Oh, and my characters:

Keeran the Stranger
Orgnak and Co.
The War-Wilves

By Keeran the Stranger on Monday, July 16, 2001 - 11:11 pm:

And Mark, did you notice when Bic Penh Tamytrr appeared, I referred to him as "Bic Penh"? (Bic Pen) There's more than one pun lurking in there...

By MarkN on Tuesday, July 17, 2001 - 4:20 am:

No, I hadn't noticed that, Keeran, but I probably thought of it too when I first created that name. After the first time I posted it I thought I should've spelled Bic as Bihc, but oh, well. What I did may have been an immature prank but I hadn't thought of it as that at the time. I was just in another of my silly moods, and really didn't expect that anyone would fall for my pitiful attempt to cover up my mistake, either.

By Padawan Observer on Thursday, July 26, 2001 - 11:07 am:

MarkN - I forgot to mention this in my list, but I also posted as "Background Music" early on in TKOS.

By Padawan Observer on Tuesday, August 14, 2001 - 3:51 pm:

I think it's quite clear that "Changearoo" from LICC was written by none other than "JP", the person behind Caladron from TKOS. Their posting styles are identical-

Both use quotation marks around speech (even for the post's main character), normal writing for the "he replies", "says the man", sort of thing, and italics for the rest of the narrative.
Both use the word "you" directly in the narrative, something no-one else has done.

Also, they appeared at the same time. Not time in the sense of time of day, I mean they both posted in late February/early March and weren't seen after that.

By Padawan Observer on Wednesday, August 15, 2001 - 11:56 am:

All right, here are my guesses for The Epic History of Nitworld.

Physico and ScottEnnius are clearly ScottN's work.

Mirthiel, Undomiel and the Mother Goddess are no doubt Kira.

Rose Maybud's e-mail address and choice of name betray her as the irregular poster Isobel.

Gorath - I know his identity from Pestichat but it's quite clear. he might object, though, if I tell everyone so I'll leave it to him.

Thor - Nawdle.

Dr'achiar - Lea Frost, maybe?

By Kira Sharp on Thursday, August 16, 2001 - 12:23 pm:

Is there anyone out there who did not immediately recognize my charming style and rampant politics? J

By A still recovering from being sick Nawdle on Friday, August 24, 2001 - 2:22 pm:

Thor? No, it's not me. Sorry Padawan.

I haven't even read "The Epic History of Nitworld". Now I have something new (At least to me) to read. Thanks! :) Ummm. One thing. Where can I find it at?

By Padawan observer on Saturday, August 25, 2001 - 10:05 am:

It's on the Mythology board.

Now, that's interesting! Given that he had the same curse which used to afflict your posts - lack of spaces after commas!

Also, it was made too long ago to be BF or his cousin, and, I mean, it was THOR! You know what I mean.

By BF on Saturday, August 25, 2001 - 11:01 am:

I keep out of the Mythology board, so you won't see me posting there. I think I visited it twice back in March. That's it.

I wonder what's happened to MarkN? The Night Visions board doesn't have any episode synopsises, and he hasn't posted there since the 5th.....

By KAM on Tuesday, August 28, 2001 - 3:01 am:

More LICC characters I won't be playing anymore.
Robot Redshirt, The Juiceman, Ensigns Who, What & Idontknow, The Funky Horror, Plot-ot-ot Twist-ist-ist, Mike & Joel, K-NIT Viewers, The Phantom Poster & The Silly Poster.

I'll see about finishing up the complete list sometime this week.

By ScottN on Tuesday, August 28, 2001 - 9:20 am:

Gee, how could you have guessed that I was ScottEnnius? :O And yes, I was Physico.

On LICC, I'm one of the (many) posters who posted as various types of K-NIT viewers.

By MarkN on Wednesday, August 29, 2001 - 8:52 pm:

Because, BF, hardly anyone visited it, so, figuring that hardly anyone ever will, I asked Phil if I could resign from it (he posted a note about it there). Plus, although I've got several eps still on tape waiting to be watched, I'd gotten too lazy to write the synopses for them, and partially taped over one of them, as well. Third, I've now got 2 jobs so I won't have much time to do them anyway, let alone be online all that much, although I'll still be online a little bit everyday.

As for the Funky Horror, I had no idea who that was until the recent posts (Suessian Genetics are a dead giveaway) nor did I associate it with the original hair-stealing post (I thought that was Matt Pesti)

Useless Trivia - Anteroes was the Greek God of Unrequited Love & the brother of Eros. - KAM

I never knew that! Hey- looks like Old DC Fan has some knowledge of classical mythology... hey, wait a minute!!!

By Padawan Observer on Saturday, September 01, 2001 - 3:39 pm:

MarkN, were you Cher-ish on Nitcentral Singles?

By KAM on Sunday, September 02, 2001 - 3:53 am:

Hmmm, somehow I accidentally typed an extra e in Anteros in the trivia note.

I am not Klassikos.

I am not Matt Pesti.

I am no John F. Kennedy.

So you knew I was all 9 blueshirts in that list? (10 if count Bob & Betty individually.)

By MarkN on Tuesday, September 04, 2001 - 2:05 am:

No, Padawan Observer, I wasn't. I don't even remember seeing that name anywhere on NC, nor Nicentral Singles. Where's that board?

By Padawan Observer on Friday, September 14, 2001 - 11:50 am:

On 2001 Topics.

All right, here are the roles I have played on the Sprinkle Boy board, besides crossovers--

Rainbow Man; Narrator; Roll Call!; Demolition Person; Annoyed author; Pointer-outer (I had thought my post as Annoyed author hadn't gone through); Snake Man; Plot Nudge; Mr Plot Twist; Dr Muha; A flawed hero; Mr X-Ray vision; Arac, Guron and Scynthius; To Be Continued Guy; Picker of nits; Gigantic Explosion; The Director; Complicacion de la Plotte; Note; Status Report; Sweeps Month Stunt, Part One!; Frank Praetorius; Plot Merrimack; Plot Virginia; Kernel Klink; Anonymous (should have been Rainbow Man); JungleMaster; Usher; K-NIT Film Editor; 5-minute fix; Tired Author (hopefully soon that last one won't have any meaning - see the SB discussion board if you don't get me)

By KAM on Sunday, September 16, 2001 - 2:34 am:

I'm fairly certain that the person who posts as Klassikos also posts as The Great Emancipator.
My first suspicion came when TGE was upset that Ubermensch hadn't shown up. Earlier Ubermensch was invited to come by Klassikos.
Secondly TGE posted shortly after Klassikos on the most recent board.

Also I posted on the DS9 board, By Inferno's Light as Sylvanus Canus Neptunus, which was a really bad attempt to translate my name to Roman.
Sylvanus (field) = Keith (in Irish, from the battlefield)
Canus (dog) = Alan (in Celtic, a hunting dog)
Neptunus (God of the Sea) = Morgan (in Celtic, from the sea or by the sea)

By Padawan Observer on Saturday, September 29, 2001 - 6:10 am:

I also thought Obi-Wan Frankobi was Bob Brehm because it looked so similar to the one on the next board early on (By Plot twist)

OK...

Ed (Tacoman's relative), Jar Jar Binks, Darth Simultaneous Posts (once, on board XXXI), Nick Barman, Lewis Carroll, Pervert, Stan Lee, Eleet Hacker, Julian Bashir and Miles O'Brien, Random Yellowshirt, Misc Yellowshirt, Talent Show, K-NIT viewer with way too much time on his hands, Commander William T Riker, A Brief Crossover

and one or two others which I intend to use again.

By Electron on Saturday, September 29, 2001 - 10:52 am:

Hey, I was Darth Simultaneous Posts too, once a long time ago.

By ScottN on Saturday, September 29, 2001 - 3:06 pm:

So was I!

By JD on Saturday, September 29, 2001 - 7:07 pm:

Me too!

By Amar Nagesh, Immortal Snake God on Monday, October 01, 2001 - 10:03 am:

(hurriedly replacing his mask) Aaah! Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain! The Immortal Snake God has spoken!

Okay, Operation Infiltrate has been a success, and my plans for world domination have come to fruition. So it comes as no great drawback that I've seriously compromised my secret identity.

Paddy, would you care to do the honors? (Or JD or Webber, both of whom have probably figured it out by now.)

By Padawan Observer on Monday, October 01, 2001 - 11:21 am:

Actually, I have no idea.

By Amar Nagesh on Monday, October 01, 2001 - 2:23 pm:

Buahahahahahaha!

By Padawan Observer on Monday, October 01, 2001 - 2:28 pm:

BF? One of his cousins? Ccabe?

By Amar Nagesh on Monday, October 01, 2001 - 4:37 pm:

Nope, someone far more devious.

By Padawan Observer on Tuesday, October 02, 2001 - 12:48 am:

Well... I've managed to work out who you are. But shouldn't you wait until Webber has figured it out as well? Or shall I just announce my conclusion?

By BF on Wednesday, October 03, 2001 - 8:39 pm:

Well, I'm pretty darn sure that Amar isn't my cousin; he couldn't have held out this long without telling me.

I have a guess, and I'm pretty sure its wrong, but I'll throw it out anyway:

Sax Russel. If I remember correctly, Webber once mentioned that Sax had posted in LICC. (And if Amar isn't Sax, then....is Sax Klassikos?)

By Brian Webber on Wednesday, October 03, 2001 - 9:45 pm:

No, Sax helps me out with Archangel since I'm not allowed to moderate a board here. He's very pliable and does whatever I tell him concerning Archangel. But once I made the mistake of suggesting something he could do with his Grapevine, and I almost got Archangel deleted. I guess the only person whose advice he listens to is Jared.

By BF on Thursday, October 04, 2001 - 10:53 pm:

Hmmmmm.....In that case, might Amar Nagesh be.....

RICHARD BASEHART?!

Uh...waitaminute...Richard Basehart is dead....

Nevermind.

KAM's evil...uh...correction: GOOD twin?

Rappin' Papa Smurf? (Nope; I'm actually Rappin' Papa Smurf)

The Spectre?

Batman?

By BF on Thursday, October 04, 2001 - 10:59 pm:

I wonder if Amar Nagesh is an anagram of the person's real name? Anyone wanna see what they can come up with?

Sherman Gaa?
German Asha?
Herman Saga?

By Padawan Observer on Friday, October 05, 2001 - 12:35 am:

I wondered about the anagram thing myself.

By The Observer on Friday, October 05, 2001 - 5:55 pm:

I am not Amar Nagesh.

By The Spectre on Saturday, October 06, 2001 - 2:05 am:

I am also not Amar Nagesh.

Oh, and re: Darth Simultaneous Posts, the name should only be used when the simultaneous posts contridact each other (hence: master of confusion)

By Klassikos on Saturday, October 06, 2001 - 11:45 am:

HAHAHAHAHA!! I'm surprised it's Brian F. and not Brian W. who has so much interest in my identity!

No, I am not Sax Russel. My first name may or may not be Sax, but my last name is not Russel. (Yes, I know Sax Russel isn't his real name. I don't know his real name, since it is not my own)

By Brian Webber on Saturday, October 06, 2001 - 11:49 am:

With all due respect when have I ever cared about someone's identity? And I think I heard jared call Sax 'Joel' once, so maybe that's his real first name.

By BF on Monday, October 08, 2001 - 3:19 am:

Actually, I gave up trying to figure out who Klassikos is.

As for Amar Nagesh, I'm not making anymore guesses. I'll leave it up to Sherlock Padawan and anyone else who wants to try.

Oh, yeah. I'm Ensign Snewtipantz in LICC. But you probably figured that out already.

By Sherlock on Monday, October 08, 2001 - 9:25 am:

OK.

By Padawan Observer on Tuesday, October 23, 2001 - 2:30 pm:

Some more from LICC...

Whop'ar; Frank Sidious; Mike Porter; Asimalaton Guild; Frank Lloyd Wrong; Frank team; Battle Sequence; Weird Al Yankovic; Hilarion, Cyril and Florian; QuEsTiOnEr; Helpful Yellowshirt; Ensign Martens; Jedi Nitpicker; Young TP Fan; Continuity Crusader; Absent-minded Professor

I was also the Observant K-NIT viewer on LICC2 Part XXIX, but none of the others to use that name (although I was "The observant K-NIT viewer's buddy on LICC2 Part XLVI)

By KAM on Sunday, January 06, 2002 - 6:44 am:

Well, I just noticed that I was the second person to post as Miracle Max on DDDDS. Whoops! Sorry.

By Pointer-Outer on Sunday, January 06, 2002 - 9:24 am:

And using a variation on the same joke, too.

By KAM on Monday, January 07, 2002 - 3:27 am:

How do you figure?

The first Miracle Max posted:
Have fun storming the castle!

I posted:
It's not dead. It's just mostly dead.

So stop looking through it's pockets for change!

Sounds like different jokes to me.

By Padawan Observer on Monday, January 07, 2002 - 11:33 am:

Sorry, I thought the first Miracle Max post was the one in fact by `The Princess Bridesmaid' which went: What if he's just mostly killed or summit.

By Klassikos on Friday, January 18, 2002 - 1:30 am:

I think it's quite clear who I am now...

By KAM on Friday, January 18, 2002 - 1:39 am:

Yes, Padawan, & you are also The Great Emancipator.

By Klassikos on Friday, January 18, 2002 - 10:07 am:

I have already admitted to being TGE on Roll Call 2 - Has anyone seen my secret identity lately?

By KAM on Sunday, January 20, 2002 - 7:50 am:

Must have missed that, since I did not realize you had admitted it.

Then again I might not have been posting on LICC back then so might not have known who the character was.

I was thinking that Kira might have been his author when he started using Harry Potter-type spells. Then shortly after I posted my comment above I noticed that BF had recently posted on the LICC Discussion board & wondered if I was wrong, but because of the dice, Klassikos talking to Roani, you being a Potter fan, possibly some other things I don't remember, I still thought you were the most likely suspect.

So what did you think of my suggestion of Charleton Heston to play TGE?

By Padawan Observer on Sunday, January 20, 2002 - 11:10 am:

bold=KAM

Must have missed that, since I did not realize you had admitted it.

That is, I, Padawan Observer, admitted to being TGE.

Then again I might not have been posting on LICC back then so might not have known who the character was.

You weren't, I don't think.

So what did you think of my suggestion of Charleton Heston to play TGE?

That's Taylor from the original Planet of the Apes? I guess so, but what age were you thinking of for him? :)

By KAM on Monday, January 21, 2002 - 3:29 am:

Chuck Heston ages??? ;-)

By ScottN on Monday, January 21, 2002 - 8:47 am:

No, no, no! It has to be Rex Hamilton playing the Great Emancipator!

By BF on Monday, January 21, 2002 - 3:53 pm:

Nah. Gary Cooper!

By tfx on Tuesday, January 22, 2002 - 10:16 am:

Raymond Massey!

By ScottN on Tuesday, January 22, 2002 - 11:47 am:

From: Police Squad!

Rex Hamilton as Abraham Lincoln. 'Nuff Said.

By Padawan Observer on Tuesday, January 22, 2002 - 12:01 pm:

TGE is not Abraham Lincoln.

By Alec...Smart Alec! on Wednesday, January 23, 2002 - 12:39 am:

Okay...its settled, then:

Elvis Presley!
