Last time we saw our heroes, they were seperated around a vast jungle. Sprinkle Boy and Pickled Fish Man had encountered their old enemies, Alpaca Man and Yak Boy, while the youngest two Rainbow Kids were captured by a person known as the Jungle Master. Also, Newspaper Delivery Frank and the Morgans have just arrived in a blimp, with a dastardly de-evolving serum. How will our heroes survive such a crisis? Find out in Sprinkle Boy VI - The Final Conflict!

Come, Blue, we must find R... uh... the youngest two Rainbow Kids! Hmm... I need a weapon...

looks around, spots a fallen branch

Ah, that will do!

picks it up, and brandishes it like a club

SMASH - GOOD!

Blue looks at him quizzically

*X-Ray laughs*

Indigo and Violet are in the Jungle Master's cave. Indigo is crying pitiously.

Violet: Don't worry, Indigo, I have a plan!

Violet calls the Jungle Master and he comes to them

Violet: Cake!

Red is tied to a tree branch by her feet (she was tied there by a vulture) with her head just out of reach of some prowling lions.

Help! X-Ray!

No cake! Silence! I have to do something. If your hungry, eat dirt and snails. There's pelnty of them around here.

<<<He exits the cave and tears down a strip of bark, which he writes on with a piece of charcoal>>>

Sprinkle Boy: It is I, the Jungle Master. I have captured many of your friends. Follow the animal and come to my place of residence or I will have to use force.

<<<He puts the note in the mouth of the creature, and goes back into his cave. He pulls shut a door made of canes, and stands inside. He closes his eyes. Outside, the animal runs off to find Sprinkle Boy and deliver the note. The youngest two Rainbow Kids still wait in the tree. Although the Jungle Master is asleep, the door is closed and the place is very dark. Without knowing it, they might crash into him and take him out of his trance. After a short while, the creature finds Sprinkle Boy, who takes the note. The Jungle Master continues to possess the mind of the creature, ready to lead the young hero back to his tree...>>>

Sprinkle Boy reads the note

Hmmm . . .
Sprinkle Boy: It is I, the Jungle Master.

Okay, skip to the end

Follow the animal and come to my place of residence or I will have to use force.

Well, you're an animal so I guess I should follow you then

Sprinkle Boy starts to follow the animal

Violet is rather disgrunteled because her plan didn't work and then suddenly an evil grin spreads over her face.

Well if that isn't a plague and a nuisence! I had looked forward to something real good tonight, something hot! Ah, well! I'll have to eat you instead!

She leaps at him and bites his arm!

AARGH! Get off of me, you little brat!

Now, I must wait for Sprinkle Boy... I'll do it outside.

(The JungleMaster comes to, and the animal abruptly stops)

AARGH! Get off of me, you little brat!

(He flails his arm around, causing her grip to loosen and so she flies into her brother)

Now, I must wait for Sprinkle Boy... I'll do it outside.

(He leaves the room and closes the door, leaving them alone. There is no light now the candles are out. He resumes control of the creature, which returns to Sprinkle Boy and continues to lead the way)

So, you must be the jungle master eh?

The JungleMaster comes to and looks at Sprinkle Boy.

"Yes, I am the JungleMaster. And I was also the animal, so to speak. I can make my mind inhabit certain creatures, and that was one of them. I used him to bring you to me. But enough about me. You know who is here."

He opens the door and inside Sprinkle Boy can see the youngest two Rainbow Kids.

"Indigo and Violet, if I am not mistaken. Red is captured elsewhere, Hahahahaha!!!"

-someplace not too far off-

Hmmm... using my X-RAY VISION I can determine that Sprinkle Boy is... over there *pointing* in that direction! Standing beside him is a man, and in that tree are Indigo and Violet. Andd just over there, hanging from that tree branch, is...

No! You *******, whoever it is who did that!

He runs towards the others, with Blue struggling to keep up.

Now, Sprinkle, the deal is this. You surrender to me and give up the life of an all-defending superhero, and I shall give you the fair and lovely Red. How does that sound?

(He hears a crashing noise, and turns to see X-Ray running in his direction)

Here's my reply

Sprinkle honds up his hands in firing position

No.

Strangely, no sprinkles come out even though he ate a donut not that long ago

Sprinkle Backs off and hopes that the Jungle master didn't hear what he said. Then, he too watches X-ray

X-Ray runs past them, dealing a blow to the JungleMaster as he passes by. When he reaches Red, he mauls the lion and fights with it, relentlessly pounding it with a previously unseen strength. The lion is reduced to no state to continue fighting, and X-Ray pulls Red down, giving her a huge kiss. He then turns and runs back to the others, leaving Red to follow.

So, whoever you are, you saw what I did to that lion. You're in for it now!

His voice is now much rougher, and he seems to have grown more facial hair and has a stoop. He lunges at the JungleMaster and starts beating him. The JungleMaster, with no choice, takes up the fight.

Have no fear, Sprinkle Boy, X-Ray is here!

(The JungleMaster suddenly goes limp and unconscious. This, however, does not stop the actions of X-Ray. What does, however, is that the JungleMaster takes over a large bird of prey, which picks up another lion and flies at X-Ray! It drops the lion, which attacks X-Ray and carries the form of the JungleMaster off to safety.)

Wipes off some sweat

Phew!

X-Ray manages to defeat the second lion with ease, but he is badly scratched in the process.

Sprinkle Boy watches as his sidekick fights

X-Ray finishes pulverizing the lion and looks up. His costume is tearing at the shoulders, and facially he looks very different from the sidekick Sprinkle Boy knows so well. He looks much more neanderthal.

Okay, we're here, we're here, we're here. Anyone wanna fight?

Suddenly, a Rainbow arcs into view from the horizon, which is strange, because there has been no rain. When it hits the ground the colors of the spectrum combine into white light, which shimmers into the form of Rainbow Man, accompanied by the other three Rainbow Kids, Orange, Green and Yellow.

All right, what's been going on here? Alpaca Man! Not you again!

I'd love to kick you Yak boy but . . .uhh . . .I'm not a violent boy. So why didn't you get me that cake stuff?

Sprinkle then notices Rainbow Man

Hey! Great to see you man! Can you kick Yak boy for me?

Oh, that's right. Here...

Yak Boy hands Sprinkle a lovely crispy, crunchy-sweet funnel cake.

And now, let's get them!

A hilarious melee ensues

(But the JungleMaster has run off over the tops of the trees, and returned with a lovely bunch of coconuts. He throws them down at the battling heroes, knocking out X-Ray and two of the Rainbow Kids. The then leaps down.)

Alpaca Man, founder of CAM, is it not? Let us ally ourselves and we will destroy Sprinkle Boy and his forces!

Cheers Yak Boy . . .Yum . . . .

And Junglemaster, why can't we settle this opver some nice funnel cake?

Yes, I don't wish to fight right now, I'd rather sit and eat all my funnel cakes, I've got a variety here.

Junglemaster, while we discuss an alliance, would you like to try a cinnamon-apple-topped funnel cake, or perhaps one with strawberries and whipped cream?

Hey, you didn't get any cimmamon for MY funnel cake . . .that's not fair

Right-o, Alpaca Man! Let's reture to my tree.

(He lapses into a trance, and a large, majestic-looking eagle picks them up, one in each talon, flies to the top of the tree, and deposits them on a branch.)

Rainbow Man and the rest of the Rainbow Kids have managed to sucessfully defeat Yak Boy, who is now unconscious. Rainbow Man calls up to the treetop.

All right, Alpaca, your little sidekick has been defeated! There are ten of us, all right, only seven are conscious, but only tow of you are! Stand down!

Alpaca looks down at Rainbow Man calling up at him. Sprinkle Boy is still happily stuffing funnel cake into his mouth.

"We will never surrender! I've arranged for some transportation! And Sprinkle Boyyyyy...I didn't get you cinnamon for your cake, but a little different seasoning! Nitroglycerin!!!"

BOOM!

Hahaha! Let's get outta here!

Sprinkle Boy falls down on his back quite dazed looking

The smoke clears and Rainbow Man spots Alpaca Man, JungleMaster and Yak Boy, who was retrieved by the other villains before the smoke had cleared, all escpaing in the Alpacamobile, to other places.

RAINBOW LEAP!

However, before he can act, one of the lions, now possessed by the JungleMaster, mauls him. He gives the ferocious feline a Power Punch, but unfortunately by the time the fight is over, the Alpacamobile has escaped the realm of searchability.

*sigh* We've just got to get these two kids and X-Ray to safety...

Boy I'm not going in that thing again!

From the distance, N.D.F., Stooart and the rest of the Morgans can be heard as they begin to close in on everyone else

It looks like we have some more enemies coming.

[Cut to a scene of Sprinkle Boy in a completeluy different location.

SB: Jiminy Jilikers, Rainbow Man!]

We'll have to fight our way out! You ready?

[Cut to a scene of Sprinkle Boy in front of a tv

SB: Yes.]

Seamless, huh?

Things aren't looking too good for our heroes. Two of the Rainbow Kids are unconscious and X-Ray is not only unconscious but rapidly turning into an ape. To make matters worse, they are stranded in the jungle with Stooart, Mrs Morgan and Newspaper Delivery Frank. Alpaca Man, Yak Boy and the JungleMaster are still at large, but not bothering our heroes. As the evil trio enclose, RM sizes up the situation.

"Sprinkle Boy, Red, begin!"

And so battle commences! RM picks up a bunch of bananas and points them directly at NDF.

"Chew on this!"

He squashes down on them, hoping to fire the insides of the fruit at the Frank, but instead all that happens is the insides squelch out, covering RM's hands. Newspaper Delivery Frank laughs. RM gets mad, and a new strength runs through him. He uproots a tree and brandishes it at the villains, knocking NDF unconscious.

A short while later the CAM lot are defeated, and the heroes are left victorious.

"Now all we need," announces RM, "is a way out of here!"

One of the Kids notices something. A blimp!

"Brillantly spotted! That must be how they got here! Red, you and the rest of the Kids, tie them up and take our incapacitated members to the blimp."

RM uproots a couple more trees, without difficulty, and Stooart, Mrs Morgan and NDF get a tree each to be tied to. They all go up to the blimp and enter. It isn't too tight a squeeze.

"Sprinkle, take us to Manhattan!"

The blimp returns to Manhattan, under the expert controls of Sprinkle Boy.

Look, over there! CAM headquarters! We weren't able to get Alpaca, Yak and JungleMaster, but we might be able to wrap up our day of CAM-grabbing by aprehending Dr Muha!

The blimp lands atop the CAM base. Dr Muha comes out of a hatch, and is shocked to see Rainbow Man disembark.

The jig is up, Doctor! Tell me, do you know anything about X-ray's condition?

Rainbow Man! So, you have taken over my blimp and you hope to defeat me also! Well, your lucky day is at and end! As is your life!

Nyahahahahahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaa!

As for X-ray, I do not know of his condidtion. If he is de-evolving then it's my fault. Nyahaha.

Oh, really.

His arm shoots out and into DR MUHA in a POWER PUNCH! The wailing doctor is lifted up and carried to the edge of the building.

Tell me how to return X-ray to normal!

"Never!"

All right then! You asked for it!

"You know, if you throw me off, you'll never know how to cure your comrade."

Rainbow Man realises this is true, and pulls him back onto the roof.

You know, I think we have a problem here.

there is a few seconds' awkward silence.

Oh, I'll find it myself!

He hurls Dr Muha aside, and runs through the hatch and down stairs to the lab. The Rainbow Kids follow.

Search all over for an antidote!

They turn the place inside out (not literally, of course)

Found it!

He displays a bottle with "de-evolution antidote" scrawled on its label.

Now, we apply it to X-ray, and all is wrapped up!

Rainbow Man carries the antidote out and forces it down X-ray's throat. Slowly the hair begins to vanish from X-ray's face, and his features become a little more human. He still has a sloping ape-like forehead, but underneath his eyelids his eyes show the glimmer of human intelligence.

-Three hours later-

X-Ray's progress speeds up rapidly, and soon he has become a human as before. But wait! It goes beyond that, and he acquires further progressions. His eyes open, but he is more than human. More even than a human with powers of X-Ray vision. His clothes are still in rags, though, but he still doesn't violate the codes of decency.

"Well, X-Ray," says the spectrum-based hero, "Looks like you're back better than before! I think we should destroy the antidote and the virus. We don't want it to fall into the wrong hands."

Suddenly Dr Muha appears. "Not so fast!"

"ENOUGH!" Rainbow Man exclaims, and, with his most powerful punch yet, knocks him flying off into the horizon. He gasps after this display. The Rainbow Kids rush up, concerned.

"I have become powerful enough. I do not need the rings. Many times have they fallen into the wrong hands, and with the power I now have, that cannot happen again. With all the technology the CAM has, it is only a matter of time before I can be turned to evil purposes. Destroy the rings, and that way you can live your lives as normal humans."

Power of Red, destroy!
Power of Orange, destroy!
Power of Yellow, destroy!
Power of Green, destroy!
Power of Blue, destroy!
Power of Indigo, destroy!
Power of Violet, destroy!

There is a blinding flash! Once it dies down the Rainbow kids, now Rachel, Oliver, Yvonne, Gregory, Belinda, Ivor and Violet, pick themselves up of the roof. Rachel and Oliver have red hair, Yvonne and Gregory have blonde hair and Belinda, Ivor and Violet have dark hair. They are wearing summer clothes with added cardigans and jumpers, as they wore when they first found the rings in the barn near their house so many years ago. Each girl's cardigan and each boy's jumper is of the same colour as their rings were.

Rachel: (rather dazed) Well. I guess this is goodbye. Oh!

Oliver: What is it?

Rachel: Mother will be so worried! We said we were just going out to play and that was several years ago!

Yvonne: We'd better get back to Minnisota!

Well, I think you kids need a superhero to look after you, especially after I got all those gnarly powers. Rainbow Man, looks like you and Sprinkle will have to be Superheroes In Downtown Manhattan without me, because I'm going to look after R... the kids.

Thanks X-ray!
She kisses him on the lips. X-ray (rather dazed) and the kids climb into the blimp, waving goodbye, and set of for Minnisota.

Rainbow Man and Sprinkle Boy stand sillhouetted against the sunset, as the blimp flies over the skyscrapers of New York.

"Great plan, Alpaca! How much should we ransom it for?"
