If this is "Harry Lime", didn't this star Orson Welles?

Yes it did. As I said elsewhere, this was a spin-off series of the movie The Third Man, detailing the adventures of Harry Lime from before he got gunned down in the sewers of Vienna.

I have two episodes of this. As an example of BBC radio drama, it is below par, in my opinion. American radio was light years ahead as far a music, sound effects and microphone acting. Welles
obviously needed the money and he must have yearned for his CBS days.
