The digitally enhanced versions of Fawlty Towers is coming to DVD on 10/20. I saw a preview, and it looks razor sharp.

(BTW, I don't remember Basil playing The Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy, on the tape recorder, when Sybil comes home early in The Builders!)
