I liked the little foreshadowing at the end of episode with Lex and Clark's friendship. I wonder how long it will take the writers to turn the two against each other.

The Kent family shouldn't have worried about the contract Jonathan signs while under mind control in this episode. It's no good without Martha's signature as well. Lex doesn't know much about law if he thinks its "ironclad".

Just saw this one in repeats, I hadn't thought about BOTH Kents signing. Unless Jonathan is the soul owner..did the episode say? does anyone know if Jonathan was the only owner?
If so no wonder Martha was so upset!
