Not too bad, I got the "JL" sattellite reference, cool. Somehow I expected there to be a few fight scenes between our heros and a few "supervillians".
I can't think of any "nits" right now, maybe after I see it again.

I liked this episode. I don't know if it's the case in the comics, but I thought it was a good idea to give Victor Stone/Cyborg the ability to "jack" into computer systems and manipulate them. It gave him a unique ability among "the team", one that was not equaled or exceeded by any other team member. Without that ability, Clark Kent/Boy Scout exceeded Cyborg in every way related to super powers. On the other hand, I thought that the episode strained to make Arthur Curry/Aquaman useful. Before it was even said in the episode, I knew that Luthorcorp's evil facility had to be "at the docks", or "by the river", or "by the lake", so that Aquaman could have a reason to swim really fast, which he did, presumably so he could enter an underwater vent and open a door. Pretty convenient. The problem, however, really starts with the character of Aquaman. The character is dependent on the presence of large amounts of water, which makes him generally unspectacular on land. As for nits, here's a minor possibility:

Regarding Lex Luthor's "shock chamber" for Bart Allen/Impulse, it was far more elaborate than necessary to achieve its purpose. I'd imagine that the same thing could have been accomplished by placing Allen in a chamber with a very limited amount of air, or by strapping Allen to a chair and torturing him. Allen's super-fast, but not super-strong.

One additional thing I liked about the episode was when Lex Luthor thought he finally had the goods on Clark Kent's secret, only to have Lionel Luthor shatter in Lex's mind Lex's conclusion by providing a fake alibi for Clark during the infiltration of the Luthorcorp facility. The look on Lex's face was great.

there are times I can't tell if Loinel is good or bad...

He's seemed pretty good lately or, at least, no longer the megalomaniac he used to be. (His son on the other hand...)
