I just have one thing I've been wanting to discuss about this episode for the last couple of weeks, since it aired...

It was another episode that reminded me of why the Justice League needs Batman.

Chloe gets locked in the Luthor Mansion's wine cellar at one point by Lana, and gives Clark a call to help get her out.

Now, despite how suspicious it must be that the door of the Luthor Mansion's wine cellar happens to close on Chloe and keep her trapped inside, Clark thinks nothing of super-speed rushing to her rescue. In the Luthor Mansion. He pulls on the handle and it breaks off (how did Lana rig that up, by the way?)-- hey if there's a problem with the door, that sort of thing can be explained away. But yet Clark makes no effort to check this particular room in the Luthor Mansion for cameras or anyone watching (which would take about two seconds with his x-ray vision or enhanced hearing to pick up breathing) before he just breaks open the door and removes it from his hinges. In the middle of the Luthor Mansion. Where at least one Luthor is living at any given time with his array of cameras and assorted security devices.

And after he breaks Chloe out and welds the door back on with his heat vision, they proceed to have a conversation where she just happens to spell out a list of his remaining powers. In the middle of the Luthor-freaking-Mansion.

It drives me nuts when writers turn their characters into idiots simply because they can't think of a better way to advance a story arc.

I mean, did Clark just figure that he's used his powers enough times at Lex's place that they should know about his powers anyways and decided discretion wouldn't matter any more?
