Strangest stories I ever loved (almost Sci-Fi).

I've read The Metamorphosis, but didn't really get into it. Maybe it was the translator's fault, but the book seemed a mite stilted to me.

Gregor waking up to find he is a bug is classic. The people enjoying the leopard in the starvation artists cage (was it a leopard? its been years since college) was biting. Gregor or the starvation artist, man that's dark. (of course, I'm not familiar with all his works and he might have doe a series on The Happy, Furry Bunnies.
